Wedding Fees

The fee for use of Pilgrim Chapel ranges from $300 to $700.00. This amount includes the use of the Chapel for a two or three hour period , services of the minister and a planning session with the minister to help develop your ceremony. There is an additional $100.00 charge for rehearsals. Rehearsals are normally scheduled on Thursday and Friday afternoons from 3:00p.m. to 5:00p.m.

Candelabras

Couples may choose to use the chapel’s candelabras for their wedding service. These are located on the altar and are the original candelabras purchased when the church was built in 1941. There is no charge for the using of candelabras. Candles are also provided at no extra cost.

Additional Time

Also, if you would like more than the three hour allotted time for your wedding, extended use of the chapel can be arranged if there is not an event scheduled before or after your ceremony. The additional cost is $100.00 per hour.

Chapel Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of half the total cost is required to reserve Pilgrim Chapel and the wedding officiant. This deposit applies to the total cost for the chapel’s use. The balance must be paid prior to the wedding date. No refunds given within 30 of ceremony. Deposits should be mailed to P.O. Box 32333, Kansas City, MO. 64171.
