SHEVET ACHIM (The Gathering)

Shevet Achim is a resource center group for the midtown Jewish community.

The mission of Shevet Achim is to strengthen midtown neighborhoods by nourishing an urban Jewish presence. Activities include study groups, a monthly Shabbat service and services for special holidays.

Shabbat services begin at 7:30 p.m. on the fourth Friday of each month at Pilgrim Chapel. Leadership is provided by visiting Rabbis, members of other congregations and Shevet Achim participants.  A pot luck dinner prior to the service begins at 6:30 p.m..

For information on Shevet Achim programs and activities, call Dorrie Greenbaum at 816. 926.9225.
